This milk comes from Countryside Creamery, a small dairy that bottles their own milk. It is pasteurized but not homogenized. The cream will rise to the top and it will need to be shaken before you pour a glass. Large dairy operations commonly remove all the milk fat from their milk. They then put back the minimum required level of fat to call it whole milk. Countryside Creamery does not do this and gives it to you just how it came out of the cow.
