Chorizo Pork Sausage

I use this sausage to make one of my favorite Mexican dishes, pollo con chorizo.  It is also great as a topping on a Mexican style pizza.  The uses for this sausage are endless. 

Our chorizo comes in 4 link packages.  This is helpful when your recipe doesn't require a whole pound of sausage.   You can simply thaw only the amout you need while saving the reminder for a different dish.
